Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship internationally as long as the item
meets your country's weight, size, and
customs' requirements.
Note: The requirements of some countries
make shipping large items such as 24" bass
drums impossible.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept personal check, money order,
cashier's check, and paypal. Note: Personal
checks must clear before shipping any
item. Paypal payments require an
additional fee of 4% of the purchase price.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please contact us with any questions,
concerns or additional pictures as all items
are being offered “as pictured, as is, all
sales final."

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We ship via the US Postal Service, FedEx,
UPS and DHL in the U. S. International
shippments are via USPS only.
Note: All international orders must be
insured for full value.
